I would love to help but I have no idea. :) This folder is for questions about the GMAT - we're not experts on admissions.
There's another folder here about admissions; I'd suggest posting there. You can also contact admissions consulting firms directly to see what they have to say. (My favorite is mbaMission.)
A couple of pieces of advice:
(1) Go look at these schools' websites. What do they say about the average incoming GMAT scores of their accepted students? How do you compare?
(2) My guess is that an admissions consultant would tell you they can't answer whether you would be "viable" based just on one data point because, of course, there may be something else that would knock you out of the running. Alternatively, you may have something amazing on your resume that would make a competitive school willing to accept a lower GMAT score than their average. There are a lot of variables involved here...
