Tough question. Quant and IR are more than high enough. Verbal is borderline. Overall, 690 is quite good and you can apply pretty much anywhere. Your scores will be below average for the top 5 schools, but they're quite competitive for the top 20 overall.

You'll need to talk to some admissions consultants to decide whether to re-take it. If so, I would be more than happy to help you decide how to study again.

Go sign up for a free phone consult with mbaMission (www.mbamission.com) and then let me know what they say.

Note: I would also recommend that you do some research yourself into where you might want to apply. Think about why you're going to b-school, what area you might want to focus on (finance? entrepreneurship? IT? etc.), generally where you'd like to be geographically, etc. Then go find a list of the top 20-30 schools and start going down the list and checking out the schools' programs. Yes, it can be tedious to check out so many schools, so do a few each day for the next few weeks.
