Second, you have the word "chair" and "diversity" in the same title - two words which b-schools love, which should bode well for you. Finally, your volunteer experiences outside of your workplace are unusual, particularly the education program at the county jail.
In an ultra-competitive year, you should have an opportunity to differentiate yourself. If you executed on your essays, you should have a decent chance of capturing the attention of the AdCom.
