It should be 11.45 units
Given Arc ABC is 24 units arc ABC will make an angle of 240 at center so using formula

(Theeta) X 2X PI X R / 360 = 24 put values and find 2R
2X22XRX240/7X360=24 Check option I think C which is 11 units.

Agreed on this.

The arc will equal to 2/3 of a circle so the circumfrence is 36. 36 / pi =~11, which is 2r, which is the diameter.

Think the trick is to just translate the problem correctly.
