Columbia 1.5yr vs. 2yr MBA program for career path

by shubhra.rj Sun Aug 26, 2012 5:50 am

Hi,
I have a total experience of 6 yrs and am currently working in Infosys Consuling, India. I want to do an MBA to upgrade my career to one of the top management consulting firms. Scored 690 in 2010. Planning to write again in a month.

I would like to know if the Columbia 1.5 yr mba without internship (when compared with the 2 yr program) is a good enough option to look at. I'm considering the 1.5 yr program as it will finish a year earlier than the 2 yr program.
Thanks

Yes in your case, it will be helpful as you have got experience under your belt. Many colleges will give you credit points for your experience and this can help you to finish your degree even earlier. So just check with colleges where you are going to join.

MBA from Amity University will be a great option if you choose it at a right time as you already have experience of 6 years and you get the qualities in industry.
