Is n divisible by 4?

a) n is not the difference between the perfect square

b)n is not the perfect square.

OA : E. I was able to arrive at the answer but not sure what steps to follow. Can anyone help?

hi,
per the forum rules, could you please do both of the following:
* CITE THE SOURCE of the problem (original source -- you can't just cite another forum)
* post the problem IN ITS EXACT ORIGINAL VERSION

neither of these has been done here. first, there's no source. second, this definitely isn't the original version of the problem, since the first statement is currently nonsense. (it's not a valid english sentence; i can't really tell what it's supposed to mean, although i have a vague idea).

please post the source, and post the original problem exactly as it appeared in the original source. thanks.
