data suffiency question

Is p the youngest among p,q r and s?
1 there is no person younger than p
2 there are at least 2 persons elder than p
here from 1st statement can we decide that p is younger as no one is young than him or we cant decide
from statement 2 we have 2 or 3 persons elder than p so he may be youngest or one of the youngest so this cant decide that p is young or not
i am facing problem with the first statement please help me out
