Hi admin,
No, the Foundations of GMAT Math book contains a very thorough review of the fundamentals of math. A strong knowledge of such fundamentals is necessary to be able to complete GMAT quant problems at all levels.

The book may touch on and review the basics that are included in the other strategy guides you listed. However, the book does not go into the more advanced problem solving techniques that the other strategy guides contain.
