Drop "That or Whom"

MGMAT 5th Ed: Ch 6 Modifiers , Section : Relative Pronoun

"That" or "whom" can be dropped when the modified noun is object of the modifying clause.

" The security guard we met was nice" -Is this a correct statement?

yes, that sentence is fine... but, you don't need to know how to WRITE sentences for this exam. you only need to be able to choose among multiple-choice options.
