* DS:Are triangles abc and pqr congruent?

Are triangles abc and pqr congruent?
1. they both have equal bases and equal heights.
2. both are isoceles triangles.

correct ans is E i.e neither of the statements are sufficient.Could someone pls explain?

areas are same, but not all sides. Remember congruency means all 3 angles and all 3 sides are equal.
By A: Base is same, but height same does not mean that the angle between the 2 sides is 90. B does not provide any info either; sides may still be equal but with diff engulfed angles.
