9^-x+9^x=62
=>9^-x+9^x+2-2=62
=>9^-x+9^x+2*9^-x*9^x-2=62
=>(3^-x+3^x)^2-2=62
=>(3^-x+3^x)^2=64

Hence,(3^-x+3^x)=8
