Feedback/Review of Positive Solutions Test Centre Delhi

Hi
I am from India and I am planning to book my gmat exam at Positive Solution Test Centre at Pitampura, Delhi (India).

Can someone please share the feedback on the test centre in terms of :

1) Noise disturbance
2) Ease of the staff in dealing with students.
3) Any other factor which could have distracted people and made them loose focus.

The reason I am asking is that in one of the forum, I read about noise due to construction and music nearby. Though the review is atleast a year old i just want to be sure about the centre. Since Positive is the only center where dates convenient to me are still available, I'll appreciate if someone could share the feedback.
