FIZ vs NPZ: Lab #2 DS Yes/No Testing #25 vs #29

According to the DS YES/NO lab, question 25 (#167 problem) is a FIZ question.

yet question 28 (#202 problem) is a NPZ question. Why would question 28 be a FIZ question too? I thought it would be a FIZ as well since the first statement has a fraction in it much like the first statement in question 25.

If I use FIZ for the 2nd question, it's wrong. You can only get the right answer using NPV. But I'm confused what I missed in differentiating between a FIZ vs NPV question. What was it about the first question that made it a FIZ question? What was it about the 2nd question that made it a NPV question?

The first is a FIZ question because your trying to determine if x is an integer or not, the second question you stated is NPZ because your trying to figure out if K is negative or positive
