1/4 hr per single room, means 350 hrs for 1400 room (1400/4)
1/3 hr per double room, means 140 hrs fro 420 rooms (420/3)

1 man can do all single room in 350 hrs, so how many man can do it in 7 hrs ? => 1 * 350/7 = 50 .......(1)
1 man can do all double room in 140 hrs, so how many man can do it in 7 hrs ? => 1 * 140/7 = 20 ....(2)

Total 50+20 = B

.
