Homework help

by ravuri.venkat Sat Aug 17, 2013 2:52 pm

I had to download all the e-books since I did not receive my books in the mail yet. Now the question is how do I record the answers and where, to track my progress ?. I am bit confused with Home and practice links in the student center vs the home work from the e-books. When do I have to use foundation course links, is it after the homeworks or after the course ?. I am already student and attended the first class. Also how do I find the instructors email id's ?.

Thanks,
Venkat

In general, do your work on separate scrap paper anyway, not in the books. On the real test, you can't write on or next to the problems - they're on a computer screen. You want to get used to looking at the screen, then looking at your paper, then looking back at the problem, then back at your paper.

Start with the Reading List & Syllabus - that puts all of your assignments in one class. (There's a link to it right on your Student Center home page.)

The Foundations work isn't required but it's there if you need it - it's more foundational than what's in the other books. If you find yourself struggling with the regular books, then go look up that topic in the Foundations books.

If you need your instructor's email, send a message to gmat@manhattanprep.com. Tell them what class you're in and ask them for your instructor(s) email address(es). Your instructors will be happy to advise you / answer questions as you go through the course!
