How to improve MY Score from 540 to 740

MY score is 540 with Q43 V20 (IN the veritas prep free CAT test) .how can i improve my verbal and also to increase Quant

I am sitting for more then four hours per day for gmat preparation.

pls provide me strategy to improve My score above 740.

i have to improve in Probability, permutation and combination .Also in number theory . this are the areas i have identified so far.

I have to concentrate heavily on Verbal section

i have plan to use Manhattan GMAT SC giude also the other one For RC.

im planning to take GMAT within TWO months, is this time enough to improve the score .if not i can ex-terned one more month.

initially i have take GMATprep test 1 -390 Score from then i scored 540 which i have take in gap of 16 days

Most people would need a minimum of 3 to 4 months in order to improve from 540 to 740. Some people may be able to do that more quickly, but for most people, 2 months would not be enough time.

Did you take the test under 100% official conditions, including the essays, the time limits, and the lengths of the breaks? If you deviated from official test conditions a great deal, that might lead to an artificially inflated score.

Number theory is important - it is very frequently tested. Probability, permutations, and combinations are NOT very frequently tested - don't spend a ton of time on those.
