I am could solve the fist part -

4th term + 5th = 6th term
5th term = 6th term - 4th term
= 5. Hence A sufficient. Struggling with analyzing statement 2. Help please.

Hi Ron,

Sorry, my bad! Returning to this forum after 3 years, a bit rusty. (hopefully won't need to return after Aug - planning to take GMAT in Aug, 2013).

Source of this problem is - GMAT Quantitative Review, 2nd Edition. Thanks.

And that's why we ask. Per forum rules, we can not discuss any paid GMAT resource without violating copyright issues. If you have a specific issue within an OG problem, you can post your question, or if this is also in a free resource, such as GMAT Prep, you can repost the same question, but I'm afraid I have to lock this thread.
