IMO
A - a sentence can begin with because. This choice is grammatically correct however is wordy . Instead of "you and her" we can simply say "you are both right"
B Incorrect. " it" doesn't have a clear referent.
C Incorrect - should use subjective pronoun (her) and not objective pronoun (She)
D Incorrect - same as in C
E- best answer. two reasons. (1) uses possessive gerund (her agreeing) and is a crisper choice ( uses "you are both right")
