Is positive integer m prime?

This question is from Avantage Testing's Math GMAT Review 3 question 84.

Is positive integer m prime?

1) m+17 is prime
2) 12!+1<m<12!+12

I'm stumped...

I'm gonna say that problem is a pretty blatant ripoff of a GMAT Prep question. For the first statement, plug in m = 2 and m = 3 and you can find two different values. For the second statement, check out the explanation from the forum post about the GMAT Prep question here:
