Items Allowed in Test Room - Tissues, Watch?

1. Are you allowed to bring tissues into the exam room? I have allergies, so sometimes will have a sneeze attack and if this happens mid-test, I'd like to have tissues so I'm not sniffling and distracting myself and others throughout the section. Are tissues allowed? If so, do you recommend I keep them in my pocket in case I need them or have them out for the proctor to see?

2. Are you allowed to wear a watch? I'm thinking mostly for the purpose of timing the 8 minute break to make sure I get back into the test room in time.
