Last question in both Quant and Verbal don't get evaluated

by shekbhi Sat Nov 17, 2012 10:47 am

Hi

I've taken more than 4 tests (1 - GMATPREP & 3- MGMAT tests)and see that the last question in quant and also verbal don't get evaluated. In MGMAT tests, the report shows N/A for the last questions in Quant & Verbal as well ( i assume it means Not answered!).

I've observed that, by the time I start working on last questions in each section I don't have more than 2 minutes.

Is there any specific time within which one has to start working on the last question and make sure one of the choices is chosen?
( but in my case I make sure I choose either the correct answer or any guess randomly to make sure I'm not penalized for missing the question , but even then the report shows N/A).

Please do respond and do let me know if my query is not clear.

Thanks,
Abhishek

On the *real* test, as long as you have selected an answer, the test will accept that answer when the timer runs out. That's not true for practice tests, though.

Ideally, of course, you don't want the timer to run out before you're finished working. You may want to learn more about time management:
