Management Information systems

Hello Friends,

I took my GMAT last week and scored 660 - Q47, V34. I am an IT guy with 4 years of experience. I am interested in pursuing MBA Information systems in one of the reputed universities in the United States. I was looking at few websites of universities and they have an MS MIS. I don't understand the difference between an MBA MIS and MS MIS. Guessing that the former is more management/business oriented and the latter is technology oriented.

Can someone please provide some guidance on the best universities available in the US for pursuing the MBA MIS/MBA IS (few have it as MIS others as IS). Right now i am confused looking at the university websites.
