Manhattan Guide8 SC Chapter 12 page237

Although the company has had increasing revenues for years because its well-designed products and its excellent management team, in the current economic climate it may finally experience sales declines.
Does "has had increasing" grammatically correct? It seems awkward.

You can't break it up that way. "Increasing" here is an adjective (like "high" or "rising").

As an analogy:
Although I have owned big trucks, I now have a small car.
--> Your question is like asking whether I can write "I have owned big". You can probably see why that's a non-question.
