Hello!
I'm homeschooled and need help with algebra. I understand most of what to do in the problems but I can't figure out this one.
Factor: 2x^2+5x-3
I tried to use Factoring calculator here:
http://www.numberempire.com/factoringcalculator.php?function=2x%5E2%2B5x-3
And I've got : (x+3)*(2*x-1)
Seems like it is the right answer, because textbook shows me the same.
But I really need help on this and I would really appreciate a step by step way to do this so I can understand what to do in these situations in the future.
Thanks in advance.
