Middle name appears in passport for missing in registration

With less than two days before the test I noticed that the name on my passport/ID does not match the name I registered with for the test.

My registration:
First: Xxxx
Last: Zzzz

But all my IDs read:
First: Xxxx Yyyy
Last: Zzzz

So Yyyy is not listed anywhere.
Although not optimal, I've read in some places that this kind of situation would be ok, but I wanted to get more assurance around this.

What do you think?
