Number properties guide question - positive/negative

by rachita.verma Fri Apr 06, 2012 3:35 am

-x
--------
(-y)(-z) , given that xyz > 0

The answer in the book is 'Negative'. I think that the answer should be 'Cannot be determined'.

Please help!
Thanks

tell us why you think the answer is "cannot be determined" and we'll help you find the flaw in that reasoning. otherwise, the answer in the book should help you see why this has to be negative..
