If you want to learn probability and combinatorics at an advanced level just because you're interested, check out the books at
www.artofproblemsolving.com. However, both of these topics are tested infrequently enough and with enough standardization on the GMAT that Manhattan GMAT's materials together with the practice exercises in our books and the OG should be all you need to prepare for these topics. Please keep in mind in general that in most cases going beyond our books and the OG problems will either give you coverage of a topic that is outside the scope of what is tested on the GMAT (exactly what I'm describing here) or mislead you entirely (the case with almost every SC resource that isn't ours or GMAT's).
