profile evaluation(gmat 680 q48 v35)

Hi,
I took my gmat on Dec 19th and got 680. Q48 V35

I am planning to apply for CMU mism which is my dream university. I finished my undergrad in 2009 from a deemed univ with cgpa of 7.45(comp sci).

I have around 3 years of IT experience. Initially I worked for a small IT company for 1 year along with it I was looking after my dad's business of supply chain management. Then I worked in cognizant(IT) for 1.7 years where I got promoted once as team lead and I also got best employee appraisal twice.

10th -84%
12th -85%

average extra curricular activities(Organized technical fest, some sports certificates(state level), submitted some papers in technical fests, participated in fund raising for NGO's)

also have internship experience while doing engineering.

Finance isn't a contraint.

Please suggest some other universities to apply?
can i apply to harvard business school with my profile?

Hi! Given your background and GMAT score, I would say that Harvard would be a stretch school for you. There are so many applicants coming from an IT background, and the scores from that applicant pool tend to run well into the 700s. It is very hard for me to suggest other schools because where you choose to apply is really a personal preference. I would recommend looking for schools where your GMAT is comfortably within the range of their incoming class.
