Profile Evaluation Request GRE(170-V 167-Q ) AWA-3.5

Hi

I want to apply for MBA programs using my GRE Score.
My score is 337(170-V 167-Q) AWA-3.5.
Using the ETS scale it converts to a 780 on GMAT.

X-92.2
XII-72.2
CGPA-8.7/10 Bachelor Of Technology in Computer Science(Vellore Institute Of Technology)

Work Experience -2 years 1 month till date. Working as a Application Software Engineer at Akamai Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Extra Curricular :- Part of School cricket team,inter school badminton gold medallist,part of the football team that won the gold medal in intra company sports competition,spot award for being the best employee in my team,qualified for National level in National Talent Search Examination,won various competitions in college.

Social and Community work:- Taught and build a website for a school for underprivileged students.

Post MBA Goals:-Develop more Business acumen and use my IT skills to become a successful entrepreneur.

Target Schools : - Kelly Business School,UT Austin,Tepper Business School,Ross,Darden,UCLA

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Sneh,

Wondering why you are interested NOW vs in another year or two, with some more experience and opportunities to make more of an impact or accomplish more at work?

I mean you'd be ok in terms of having 3 years of experience going into the MBA, but if it's all quite technical, there are a lot of similar applicants and it could be tough to stand out, so you'd have better chances outside of say the top 15 or so in that scenario. I'd also encourage you to dig deeper with your goals-- if you don't have a track record of entrepreneurship, it can be tough to start a business right out of school (eventually/long term is one thing, but you may want to come up with another short term plan).
