Hii there,

can anyone please tell whether sequnces and series questions are put by GMAC in GMAT.
Also whether Permutations and combinations form a part of GMAT.

yes and yes. only a small amount ... you will probably find 1 at the most of Permutations/combinatorics ... maybe 2 at the worst case!

they're in the MGMAT word translations strategy guide, among other things.

if you aren't going to take the test right away, you may want to hold out for the next edition of the guide (on shelves within the next couple months, most likely) - which will feature a massively expanded combinatorics / probability section.
