Should I study my wrong answers of CAT?

by LuisN65 Mon Jun 22, 2015 8:34 pm

Hi,

Can somebody help me with this big doubt?

I am studying 2 months ago and I got 600 on my last CAT, I would like to achieve the 700 points. I have done 3 CATS only, my doubt is if I should study the wrong questions I got in the CAT or not.. that is because I am not sure if studying my mistakes is going to help me to improve... Or if there is a better way to improve without "waste" de CATS questions.

What are your opinions?

Thans a lot.

Regards..

Yes, you should definitely study the questions that you got wrong. You should also study the ones you answered correctly! There's still something to learn. :)

First, are you going to have to take the TOEFL? If you did your undergraduate studies in a language other than English, then there is a good chance that the schools to which you plan to apply will require you to take the TOEFL. If so, you should study for that test first, as the language instruction will also help with your GMAT studies.

For the GMAT, take a look at this:
https://www.manhattanprep.com/gmat/blog ... our-score/

It talks about how to set up a study plan, including how to study / analyze individual problems from your CATs or other sources.
