Hi MGMAT instructors,
In Choice A B C D, it is the cost being estimated whereas in correct choice E, it is the entire sentence ( by the end of decade the cost.....) being estimated. what should be the correct subject of "estimated"?
the main difference among A B C lies with the different placements of the modifier phrase" by the end of the decade". how can we determine/ train ourselves to determine the meaning difference among A, B, and C?
is "Cost of doing" a correct idiom? Or does it have to be "Cost to do"
Also, I feel "industry's" looks very odd to me. Is this possessive form of "industry" acceptable in GMAT?
Thank you in advance!
