Timing column while Reviewing CAT

I would like to know the technical difference between following 3 columns in CAT Review section


Time Cum Time Target Cum Time

The first column tells you how much you spent on that question. The second column tells you how much time you spent on all questions to that point. The third column tells you how much time you should have spent on all questions to that point..
