Hi there,
I am finding it difficult to understand how to come up with assumptions. In order to come up with an assumption, you will need to connect the idea in the premise to the new idea presented, whether it be in another premise or in the conclusion. Is this correct? Also, if a new idea is not presented, how do we go about making assumptions then?
And based on whether we are asked for a necessary or a sufficient assumption, will we choose to come up with a bridge or defender assumption. Right?
It's a lot to take in, and i'm trying to find the best way to link necessary/sufficient to bridge/defender, and how they all come in to play when making assumptions.
Thanks again.
