Can’t memorize

Hello! I’m a master student majoring in statistics. I feel like I’m at a point where my brain is incapable of memorizing any more information fr. I’m having difficulty now finishing my courses because of that. I always take notes, highlighting, use browsing for good explanation, seek extra help, etc.. I tried every single way to help myself get back on track but all in vain.. why is that happening to me? And any recommendations?
