Hi,

What's the most efficient way to play this game? I ended up framing with 1-2 and 2-4 in the first two positions. Is this the right approach?

Yes it is.

We could further write in the possibilities for the 3rd and 5th spot, where it would look kinda like this:

FRAME 1
1 2 0/3 __ 3/4

FRAME 2
2 4 0/1 __ 1/3

But it's probably easier to just write off the remaining digits to the side of each frame and mentally handle the 3rd < 5th rule.

Or, you could sense that there are very few scenarios and just write them all out.

SIMPLE FRAMES
1 2 __ __ __ (0, 3, 4)
2 4 __ __ __ (0, 1, 3)

WRITE 'EM ALL OUT
1 2 0 (3, 4)
1 2 3 0 4

2 4 0 (1, 3)
2 4 1 0 3
