Did anyone else frame this game as the best approach? I spent 7 mins on it but i feel like this may have been an easier game with lower time required. However, it just did not seem like anything jumped out and I basically tested out quite a number of game boards, albeit from hindsight I think some inferences were more obvious revolving around what can go into Norway before Norway has more than Iceland

The only things I noted down was that :

Big Pause
Distribution : 3-1-1-,2-2-1,4-1,
Iceland and Norway rule is important
WY seems restrictive
Conditional rule could cause trouble based of where Z is located already

Because WY is a chunk, I would just try it in each country.

I: WY
N:
S:

I:
N: WY
S:

I:
N:
S: WY

Then I would look to the numbers rule that Ice > Nor.

I: WY
N:
S:

I: _ _ _
N: WY
S: ........... nothing left for Sweden, which is fine, but nowhere for X to go. This frame blows up.

I: __ +
N:
S: WY

Only two frames remain

I: WY
N:
S:

I: __ +
N:
S: WY

If we wanted to, we could sub-frame either of these with the "X is in Nor/Swe" rule or the "V-ice --> Z-swe" rule, but that seems not worth it.

So I'd go to work with those two frames.
