Help with Patho and Pharm

I have physical flashcards I have been studying from but I am still doing badly on the quizzes and tests. The teacher was not helpful when I tried to reach out. Is there a website I should try like Quizlet or knowt or is it better to keep trying the notecards? I'm just so lost and burnt out and having no grades to show for it. Like I understand why I got them wrong after but I just cannot remember anything while I take the test. Any help?
