how to reduce relying to ai when studying?

For the past 2 school years i’ve been relying to AI ever since i found out about it, although it’s a good tool to study faster but i think my learning and studying skills have worsen. Every single school works are done 85% by AI, i know it’s a bad habit that’s why i’m asking on how to reduce relying to AI. Any tips regarding to this? Anthing can help thank you.
