I need someone to explain this question to me please.

Never underestimate the power of positive thought. Certainly there are those who would dismiss the concept of willpower as nothing more than self-delusion, but they are wrong. There are many examples of the beneficial effects of positive thinking.

Please, tell me and explain to me what the conclusion and supporting premise are? Why is willpower is more than a mere self-delusion the supporting evidence instead of there are many examples to the beneficial effects of positive thinking.

Thank you.

I can't actually find this question in the Arcade so I'm not sure exactly what the question is on there, but here's how I would break down this argument:

Premise: there are many examples of the beneficial effects of positive thinking
Conclusion: the concept of willpower is more than self-delusion

Hope that helps!
