Just wondering what everyone uses to power through those long study nights? I’ve been burning the midnight oil lately trying to wrap up quant review, and I’m curious are you all coffee people, energy drinks, or more of the herbal tea type?
Some of my friends swear by pre-workout supplements even when they’re not working out (which seems wild to me). Others have some mysterious caffeine combo they mix like alchemists before tackling RC passages.
I tried switching it up last night, but I ended up jittery and couldn’t focus on sentence correction to save my life.
How do you find that sweet spot between alert and over-caffeinated? Do you measure or just wing it?
