I can see how it moved towards lyricism.. from from "intensity"? How did we infer that?

So, while lyricism can be justified by the word "lyrical" in line 25, intensity does not have the same word in the passage. However, we do see the word "force" in line 21, which is where the test-writers would turn to justify their answer that abstract expressionism move from intensity towards lyricism.

I know it'd be nice to have something more obvious than that, but the word "lyricism" in answer choice (B) makes it easier to justify answer choice (B).
