Can someone help explain how E is correct? If S must come before V how can m come before f? f has to be on the first day. I have to be missing something here. Thanks for your help. :|

I'm not sure what you mean by "F has to be on the 1st day".
Always?

If that's what you meant, then you should go back to the diagram thread / re-work the setup.

The first rule allows for the sites to be any of these three orders:
F H M
F M H
M F H

Here's a scenario that proves that (E) is possible.

M (q, v, s) ..... F (r) ... H (t)

In that scenario, r and t are totally interchangeable, so you could write it on your page as
M (q, v, s) ..... F (r/t) ... H (t/r)

You may have gotten yourself confused by thinking that when the question says "M includes Q and V" that it means "Q and V are the only ones with M". But the verb "includes" doesn't convey any sense of exhaustiveness or totality.

Hope this helps.
