I don't think I see the obvious reason for this answer. Could you please elaborate on why the other choices are wrong? Especially (A).

Let's start with answer choice (D) and point out why it must be false. We know there is at most one industry feature (3rd rule). We also know that the there are at least 3 features in the newsletter (scenario). If we attempted answer choice (D), we'd have no finance or technology feature, one industry feature, and one marketing feature. That's only two features and must be false.
Incorrect Answers
(A) and (B) could be true with two technology features and one industry feature.
(C) could be true with two finance features and one industry feature.
(E) could be true with two finance features and one marketing feature.
