But there's actually a gap here between human behavior and human behavior that is CONTROLLABLE.
Think of all of the human behavior that is involuntary: breathing, for instance. We can't just decide to stop breathing.
(B) gets at this assumption. The core is:
If human behavior is responsible for CC, we can control the future -->
It's an opportunity, not a problem
But what if it's behavior we can't control????
As for the others:
(A) makes no sense. The argument wouldn't be assuming that human-caused CC is BETTER than naturally caused CC
(C) is about the past; he's talking about the future
(D) brings in other species; nope
(E) is the opposite of what he'd think
