No one has done this question and I thought I would.

Answer (E)

A - was okay until it said they disagreed about the goal. They agree about the goal just not on how to go about it.
B - maybe the second proposal does this but not the first one.
C - the first proposal does not care about not judging a person
D - disagree about how something shapes a cultures value?? total nonsense

E - both do say that the other is not unbias soo okay!

I picked E because it was the best in my opinion however, the proponents and critic stuff really throw me off.

I agree with you and I also want to take a stab at this one. I would just like to add that you can disregard A), B), and C) because these answers talk about "proponents of two proposals" when there are actually THREE proposals and TWO criticisms.

P1: Proposal 1
P2: Critique of 1
P3: Proposal 2
P4: Critique of 2 and Proposal 3 at the end

In answer D), the critics are NOT disagreeing whether a culture's values are a product of social/historical circumstances. The critics are disagreeing about what values to adopt.

That leaves us with answer E)!
