So, the sentence given translates to:

If K is NOT picked, then T must be, or

~K --> T

The contrapositive of that statement is:

~T --> K

Which is what the correct answer is! The incorrect answer puts *T* as the trigger. But while the sentence gave us T first, the IF trigger was connected to the idea of "no K" ("if K isn't").
