I started doing 25 minutes of studying then 5 minutes of doing nothing, not checking my phone, not talking, just letting my brain rest. Surprisingly, I come back more focused. Also started writing down why I’m studying a topic before I dive in. Like “this might come out in the exam” or “I need to actually understand this.” It keeps me from zoning out. Anyone else have small habits that made a difference?
