Where's is the timing instruction for for LSAT Logical Reasoning Mixed Practice Set 1? I cannot find it on the first page.

You can use the following guidelines for the Mixed Practice Sets from the 5th Edition Strategy Guides

LR Set 1 - 20 minutes
LR Set 2 - 27 minutes
LR Set 3 - 34 minutes

This is just the number of questions multiplied by 1 min 20 seconds. If all the questions in an LR section took the same amount of time (which of course they won't, but hear me out!), they would take 1 min 20 each. So, when you have to do any subset of LR questions of various difficulty levels timed in a test-like way, 1 min 20 per question is a good goal.
